The contact form. Your name, work e-mail, company, and whatever you write about your work, timeline and budget. We use it to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. It is sent to our inbox or CRM through a secure connection and is not shared with anyone else.

Ask Neura, the site assistant. What you type in the chat is sent to our server and to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce the answer. The provider does not use it to train models. If you leave a name, number or e-mail in the chat, we keep that conversation as an enquiry so we can call you back. Do not put passwords or card details in the chat.

Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and troubleshooting. They are kept for a short period and then deleted.

Your preferences. Your theme choice (light or dark) and whether you have seen the welcome screen are stored in your own browser. They never leave your device.

Visit counts. When you open a page, your browser tells our own server the page name and the site you came from, so we can see which pages are read. We keep a scrambled form of your IP address that changes every day, only to count how many different people visited. There is no cookie, no visitor id, and nothing is shared with an advertising or analytics company.

No tracking. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

If you create an account we store your name, e-mail address, mobile number, a scrambled (hashed) version of your password that cannot be turned back into the password, and, if you sign in with Google, the identifier and profile picture Google gives us. We use these to sign you in, to show you your projects, proposals and demos, and to contact you about them by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.

Google sign-in. When you use “Continue with Google” or the One Tap prompt, Google tells us your name, e-mail and picture. We never see your Google password. Google's own privacy policy covers what Google does with that sign-in.

The session cookie. Signing in sets one cookie, nf_session, so the site knows it is you. It is strictly necessary, holds only a signed account id, and lasts 30 days or until you sign out.

You can change your details on the account page, and you can ask us to delete the account at any time by writing to the address below. We delete it within 7 working days unless we must keep an invoice record by law.

This site does not set tracking cookies. The only cookie is the sign-in cookie described above, and only if you sign in. The two settings above use your browser's local storage, which only this site can read and which you can clear at any time from your browser settings. Because nothing is used for tracking, we do not show a cookie banner.

When we build or run a system for you, we may handle your business data and, inside it, personal data of your customers, staff or suppliers. In that work you are the data fiduciary (the owner of the data) and we act on your instructions as a data processor. Our rules:

• We sign a non-disclosure agreement before we see any data.
• We work inside your accounts and systems wherever possible, with the least access needed for the job.
• Credentials and API keys are kept in a secrets manager, never in code, chat or e-mail, and are rotated when a person leaves the project.
• We do not use your data to train any AI model. Where an AI service is part of a build, only the minimum needed is sent, through a logged gateway, and we choose providers that do not train on the data.
• We do not copy your data to our own machines except where the work requires it, and we delete it when the work is done.
• On request we sign your data-processing agreement and fill in your security questionnaire.

Only the providers we need to run the site and reply to you:

• Our hosting provider, which serves this website and stores server logs.
• Our e-mail or CRM provider, which receives contact-form messages.
• Our database provider, which stores account details.
• Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google.

We do not sell personal data. We will disclose data if the law requires it, and we will tell you if we are allowed to.

Contact-form messages are kept for as long as we are talking to you and for up to 24 months after our last exchange, so that we can pick up the conversation if you come back. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Our providers may store data on servers outside India. Where they do, we choose providers with recognised security practices and contract terms that protect your data.

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you;
• correct it or complete it;
• delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• withdraw consent you gave earlier;
• name a person to exercise these rights for you.

Write to hello@neuraforce.in. We reply within 7 working days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

As required under Indian law, our grievance officer is Nitesh Sharma, reachable at hello@neuraforce.in. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.

This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
