Refunds & cancellation

The audit is paid before it starts.

• Cancel before the kick-off call: full refund.
• Cancel after kick-off but before the report: 50% refund.
• After the report is delivered: no refund, but the full fee is credited to any build you start within 30 days.

Builds are paid in milestones: 40% at kick-off, 40% on accepting the demo, 20% at go-live.

• You cancel. Give 14 days' written notice. You pay for work done up to that date at the rate in the proposal, and we hand over everything built so far, including code and documents. Any milestone paid beyond the work done is refunded within 14 days.
• A demo is not accepted. We fix what does not match the signed scope at no charge. If, after two rounds, we still cannot meet the signed scope, you can end the project and we refund the milestone for that stage.
• We cancel. If we have to stop a project for reasons on our side, we refund every milestone not yet earned and hand over all work done, at no charge.
• Scope changes are not a reason for a refund. They are quoted separately, and you choose whether to add them.

Support is billed monthly in advance, with a minimum of 3 months.

• End it any time after the first 3 months with 30 days' notice.
• The month already paid is not refunded; no further months are charged.
• Unused change hours do not carry over and are not refunded.

Hosting, API, messaging and AI usage run on your own accounts. We do not charge for them, so we cannot refund them. If we ever pay a third-party cost on your behalf, it is passed on at cost and is not refundable once spent.

Refunds go back the way you paid, within 14 days of our written confirmation. Bank charges on international transfers are deducted from the refund. GST already paid is refunded to the extent the law allows us to claim it back.
